Cuboh allows you to make menu mapping changes without affecting the live operation of your restaurant. We understand that often, menu mapping needs to be reviewed by several people and that you may not be able to map new updates all in one go.

Cuboh will save your mapping as you go but does not make the changes until you enable them by clicking "Publish".

Note: Cuboh will not allow you to "PUBLISH" your mapping if there are unmapped modifiers -- we do this to prevent unfinished menus from going live and affecting the flow of orders to your POS. If you try to "PUBLISH" your menu with unfinished mapping it will return with an error message.

How to "PUBLISH" your mapping:

  1. When you are happy with your mapping, head over to the top right section of the screen and click on "PUBLISH"
  2. You will see a confirmation that the "PUBLISH" is running through the confirmation pop-up
  3. Once the "PUBLISH" is done, you will see a confirmation on the pop-up as well. Publishing your menu will make your mapping live so when an order comes in, your latest mapping changes will be in effect.

We do not recommend hitting "PUBLISH" in the middle of service. Publishing a mapping could take up to 30+ minutes if you have an extensive menu, mapping errors could occur while the "PUBLISH" is in progress.
