Cuboh consolidates modifiers into one column to make it easier for you, by allowing you to map multiple modifiers at the same time.

If you are not seeing a specific modifier load in the POS menu bar, you could be selecting a group of items listed under the same delivery application modifier -- however, on the POS, these items are not listed under the same modifier.

When selecting a consolidated column with one modifier attached to many items, Cuboh will only load those modifiers that all items share in common.

Please note that although modifiers may have the exact same name, Cuboh identifies modifiers based on the SKU/ID number -- if the SKU/ID numbers behind each modifier are different for the group of items you are selecting, try mapping them one by one.

How do you do that?

  1. Start by expanding the column so that you can see all of the modifiers. When you expand the column, you will be able to see the modifier attached to each individual item in its own row.

2. Select one modifier at a time. Please ensure that the box on the consolidated column is not ticked, as this will prevent you from isolating the modifier.

3. Search for the POS modifier you want to map, and click on "Map Items". Don't forget to hit publish after you have mapped all of your unmapped modifiers, this will set your changes live.

I am still seeing "no data" in the POS menu

If you are still seeing no modifiers show up in the POS menu at the top, the modifier you are looking for might just not be attached to the item you want to map it to.

For example: when manually entering an order in your POS, you need to first tap on an item to get to a modifier. However, if the modifier is not an option attached to the item, you won't be able to find it.

If a modifier called "No Ketchup" is only attached to your "Hot Dog" item. However, if you are trying to map a "No Ketchup" to a "Burger" item, the modifier won't load because the "No Ketchup" is not linked to this specific item in your POS. In order to fix this, please enable the specific modification under this specific item, then run a "Sync" for Cuboh to be able to acknowledge the new update.

Note: If you are trying to find a match for a delivery application modifier that is actually a main item in your POS. The POS menu bar will only show modifiers if you are on the "Modifier Items" section.
