Dashboard users can now bulk update item and modifier prices by dollar amount ($) or percentage (%) directly in Menu Management. This feature enables restaurants to:
Quickly adjust prices for promotions like happy hour or seasonal pricing.
Revert bulk price updates back to either the previous prices or the original prices.
View a history of all bulk price updates, including any reversions.
⚠️ Note: Like other menu edits, these updates will only reflect on delivery app menus after publishing.
How to use this feature:
1. As a logged-in user to the Cuboh Dashboard, navigate to Menu > Management
2. Open the menu to which you wish to do the bulk price updates by clicking on the pencil icon.
3. Click on the ‘Menu Items’ tab and then on the Bulk Price Updates button.
A ‘Bulk Update Prices’ modal will open where you can:
Apply price updates to menu items, modifiers, or both.
Increase or decrease prices in bulk.
Choose between updating by % or $ amount.
4. Click Apply to confirm and save your changes. A confirmation message will appear for you to approve.
Viewing and reverting the updates:
After applying updates, you can:
View your bulk price updates history in the same modal.
Revert prices to the most recent update by clicking the Revert Most Recent Update button. A confirmation message will appear before finalizing.
Note: Any individually done and manual price edits made since the last bulk update will remain unchanged.
Alternatively, you can revert prices to the original prices (the prices before the very first bulk update) by clicking Revert to Original Prices. A confirmation message will appear before finalizing.
Important: This action will reset prices to what they were before the first bulk update. Manual changes made after the first bulk update will be overwritten.
