Last year, Cuboh was acquired by ChowNow, the leader in online ordering and marketing platforms for independent restaurants. We’ve been working behind the scenes to make this transition as smooth as possible for our restaurant partners.

As part of this exciting partnership, we’ve rolled out a new dashboard experience on ChowNow’s platform. With a sleek, intuitive design and enhanced menu tools, it’s easier than ever to manage your entire online ordering business.

Your new dashboard is now live on ChowNow—access it here.

  • Log in using your current username and password.

  • No action is needed to get your new dashboard set up. All existing integrations, reports, menus, and data will remain the same.

Please note that beginning July 7, you will no longer have access to the old Cuboh dashboard, and will be redirected to ChowNow.

EXPLORE WHAT'S NEW

Headquarters View: Access Dashboard Home and Reports—including Analytics, Order History, Order Edit Data (formerly Order Adjustments), Cancellation Data, Order Control Data, POS Errors, Item Report and Modifier Report.

Location View: Access Orders, Menu Editor (formerly Menu Management), Orders Control, and Integrations.

Menu Editor: Menu Management is now called Menu Editor. This feature has been updated for a more seamless user experience, but all features remain. See a walkthrough of the new Menu Editor here.
