This article will walk you through the Cuboh x Auphan integration process.

Setting up your Auphan Integration.

When you get started with Cuboh, your Onboarding Specialist will loop you into an email with the Auphan Integrations Team who will help you set up your menus for the integration. If you'd like to be proactive in setting things up ahead of time, please feel free to browse the resources below.

Important: Setting up an Auphan Integration requires any relevant menu items to be made online-active in your Oftendining Webmenu. Feel free to check out this video from the Auphan team if you’d like to ensure your menus are ready for integration ahead of time:

Please also note that your Oftendining WebMenu hours must match your delivery app hours. This is to avoid having Auphan reject orders if they happen to be placed outside the specified WebMenu hours.

That’s it! Your Onboarding Specialist will work with the Auphan team to retrieve your restaurant API keys and ensure your integration is set up for a successful launch. Your Onboarding Specialist may share a few additional steps with yourself and the team over email, as needed, to help set up your integration!



Auphan Integration FAQ's

“Will I be able to access my entire POS Menu from the Cuboh Dashboard?”

  • Only items that are Online-Active and on the correct Auphan Menu Pad will be shared and available on the Cuboh Dashboard. Please see the

"I use universal modifiers (i.e., I can add any modifier to any main item) on my POS. Can Cuboh support this?"

  • At this time, the Cuboh x Auphan integration supports traditional modifiers only. This means that any modifiers must be subitems directly underneath the appropriate main item.

"Can I apply payment manually instead of Cuboh doing it automatically?”

  • Yes, this can be configured by your Cuboh Onboarding Specialist upon request!

“Can I add a discount to all of the orders that Cuboh enters?"

  • Yes, this can also be configured by your Cuboh Onboarding Specialist upon request!
