Important: Setting up a Revel Integration requires an active Revel Online menu. We’ve included steps on how to prepare your menus for integration from the Revelup Dashboard below.

Please also note that your Revel Online-Menu hours must match your delivery app hours. This is to avoid having Revel reject orders if they are placed outside the specified Online-Ordering hours. Click here for resources on how to change your Revel Online-Menu hours.

Setting up your Revel Integration

To begin, please retrieve your restaurants RevelURL and Establishment Number using the steps below:

  • Your Revel URL will be the same website you visit when you log in to your revelup.com dashboard. Your URL will typically follow the format: "restaurant name".revelup.com

  • You can find your restaurant's Establishment Number by logging in to your Revelup dashboard and clicking on the blue tab on the left of the page.

  • Your Establishment Number will be beside your locations' name.

  • Please note down your Revel URL and Establishment Number. Your Onboarding Specialist will reach out with next steps once ready!

Setting up your Revel Online Menus

Please follow these steps on your Revel POS to ensure your menus are ready for integration:

  • Log in to your revelup.com dashboard.

  • Select Products from the menu at the top of your screen.

  • On the left sidebar, click "Custom Menus".

  • First, please make sure that your Online Menu is selected as active.

Then, Click the blue pencil beside "Online"

  • Scroll to the bottom of this page and look for the "Included Products"

  • Make sure that every relevant item and section is set as active (Checked off and highlighted Blue).

  • Important: Once everything is selected, scroll back up to the top and press "save".

Preparing your Revel system to go live with Cuboh

Please ensure these settings have been configured before going live with Cuboh.

  • App-specific Payment Types in Revel.
Your Revel system will need a unique payment type for each Delivery App you plan on integrating. Please create one tender for every platform you currently use – for example, one called "UberEats", one called "DoorDash", and so forth.

  • An Order Type in Revel.
Your Revel system will need an order type to assign Cuboh orders to – for example, one called "Delivery", or an individual order type for each app, such as "UberEats", "DoorDash", and so forth.

  • A "Cuboh" Employee in Revel.
Create a new Employee in your POS, named "Cuboh". This will be the employee responsible for entering all of your online orders into your POS.
