How to integrate Cuboh with DoorDash

Follow these steps to request to have your DoorDash store integrated with Cuboh.

(Step 1 of 2): Submitting your DoorDash credentials on the Cuboh dashboard.

First, we need to add your DoorDash login information to the Cuboh dashboard to trigger the start of the integration process. More information on this step can be found here.

  1. Go to the Integrations tab on your Cuboh Dashboard.

  2. Click on the DoorDash integration Settings.

  3. Enter your DoorDash Store ID and click Submit.

    1. For help finding your Store ID, please see this article. This ID will be unique to the store you're integrating.

(Step 2 of 2) Request the Cuboh integration through DoorDash

You will receive an email from Cuboh once your DoorDash credentials have been successfully submitted. Hold on to this as you'll need it to request your integration through DoorDash. The email will include:

  • Store Name: The store name and ID you are integrating.

  • Point of Sale Provider: Cuboh. DoorDash considers Cuboh to be a POS system, so you will need this even if you don't have a POS system integrated with Cuboh.

  • Unique ID: A unique code generated by the Cuboh system to be submitted to DoorDash.

To request to receive DoorDash orders on Cuboh:

  1. Go to the "Help" section on the left-hand side, select "Account Support" and "Change Order Protocol". You will then be prompted to select if you would like to integrate one store or multiple stores and will select "Point of Sale".

  2. Confirm the store name and address and fill in your POS integration information.

    1. Your Store Name is the name and ID you received via email from Cuboh.

    2. Your Point of Sale Provider is Cuboh.

    3. Your Unique ID is the 4-digit ID you received from Cuboh.


Important Tips

There are a few steps you can take to ensure your Cuboh + DoorDash integration is activated successfully.

  • When specifying your preferred date for the integration to go live, make sure you will have your Cuboh tablet up and running on that date. You will no longer be able to manage orders using the DoorDash tablet, so this is an important step to ensure the switch doesn't affect your operations!

  • In order to activate the integration, your DoorDash store needs to have an active menu with menu hours. Please double check you have menu hours when submitting the request.

  • Images on your DoorDash menu may become unlinked when the integration is activated. You can re-link these manually by following these steps, or reach out to DoorDash to request help.

  • Your DoorDash store will be activated on the Cuboh integration within 6 days of your request. Try to put in your request a few days before you expect to go live with Cuboh. If things take a little longer than expected it's no problem -- as long as you have your Cuboh tablet, you can begin using it to receive DoorDash orders while finishing up your POS integration with the Cuboh onboarding team.
