Step 1/2: Adding the Integration
Go to the Integrations tab on your Cuboh Dashboard.
Click on the DoorDash integration Settings and click Connect
You will be redirected to the DoorDash login page, proceed with your Doordash registered email address and password and submit.
Important: You will need to allow Cuboh to access your DoorDash account.
This happens after logging in to DoorDash and before you are redirected back to Cuboh, through a single click step where you are asked: “Do you want to give Cuboh access to DoorDash?” you should allow it.
4. Once done, you will be redirected to DoorDash onboarding process in the Cuboh Dashboard.
5. Connect your Cuboh location/store to the correct DoorDash location/store and click on Continue.
6. Once you have connected your DoorDash location/store, review the information to ensure it is correct and click on Confirm. .
Step 2/2: Publishing your Menu
Note: You can either use your menu(s) from DoorDash OR you can use your menu(s) from another delivery app or your POS menu.
Option 1: Link your menu(s) from another delivery app or your POS menu
a. You will need to link your menu(s) from Menu Management to DoorDash and click on Continue.
Option 2: Link your menu(s) from DoorDash
a. Go to Menu Management on your Cuboh Dashboard and click on Import Actions > Import and import a menu from DoorDash
b. Add DoorDash as an integration to the menu and save.
c. Click on the Publish button to publish the menu
d. The Onboarding Status should change to Menu Qualified
2. A success message will be displayed on the Doordash onboarding process in the Cuboh Dashboard, and the menu(s) you have linked will now be automatically published to the DoorDash store.
3. Lastly, the menu will be qualified/accepted by DoorDash (this can take up to 5 min). The onboarding status will then be displayed as Menu Qualified and once that happens, you will have the ability to Activate Integration by clicking on the button.
4. Once you click to Activate Integration and it succeeds, you can refresh the page after a few seconds and the new integration status should be Active.
