Retrieving your location-specific login for UberEats.
Please note that UberEats creates a unique email and password for each of your locations. This unique login will be used for adding integrations, and it may be different than the information you normally use to access your UberEats Dashboard. To retrieve this unique login:
Log into restaurants.ubereats.com
Click on the "Users" tab.
Under the "Restaurant Dashboard" heading, you will see a unique restaurant email listed.
Click reset password.
Note down your Unique Restaurant Login Email from UberEats and the password you just reset. Then, we can proceed to adding your UberEats Integration on the Cuboh Dashboard.

Finally, we'll need to add your UberEats login information to the Cuboh dashboard to trigger the integration process.
On your Cuboh Dashboard, navigate to the Integrations tab.
Click on the UberEats integration card.
Click Connect on the window that pops up!
From here, you will be redirected to the UberEats platform – you will grant Cuboh access to your UberEats platform through this input.
You will then be reconnected back to the Cuboh dashboard, and we’ll ask that you select a location if there are multiple locations connected to your account. If you only have one location on the UberEats side, we’ll skip this step!
That's it! You’ve connected your UberEats account to Cuboh and are ready to take the next steps on getting the integration live.

It is important to collaborate with your dedicated Onboarding Specialist at Cuboh to guide you through the following steps:
Selecting a Go-Live Date: contact your Onboarding Specialist or the Cuboh Support team to determine a suitable go-live date for the integration. This ensures that the integration process aligns within your operational requirements.
Menu Data Preparation: work with your Onboarding Specialist to prepare menu data to send to UberEats – you can also simply import your existing UberEats menu, and send that data right back if you are happy with your menu!
