To ensure a seamless integration of your Ritual account with Cuboh, it is essential that you provide us with your Ritual Merchant ID. This unique identifier is specific to each restaurant on the Ritual platform and varies for each individual location.
To retrieve your Ritual Merchant ID, you must connect directly with the Ritual team (either your direct Account representative OR their support team) and they will happily provide this to you!
Submitting your Merchant ID on the Cuboh Dashboard
Finally, we'll need to add your Merchant ID information to the Cuboh dashboard to begin the integration process.
On your Cuboh Dashboard, navigate to the Manage -> Integrations tab.
Click on the Ritual integration.
Enter the Merchant ID you received from Ritual, and click Submit.
That's it, you’ve created that integration within Cuboh and can take the next steps! 🎉
It is important to collaborate with your dedicated Onboarding Specialist at Cuboh to guide you through the following steps:
Selecting a Go-Live Date: contact your Onboarding Specialist or the Cuboh Support team to determine a suitable go-live date for the integration. This ensures that the integration process aligns within your operational requirements.
Menu Data Preparation: work with your Onboarding Specialist to prepare menu data to send to Ritual – Ritual does not currently support importing your existing Ritual menu into Cuboh prior to launch, so you will need to create a new menu or import from another platform.
