Retrieving your Ritual Merchant ID

In order to integrate yourRitual account with Cuboh, we will need your Ritual Merchant ID. This unique identifier is specific to each restaurant on the Ritual platform and varies for each individual location.
โ€‹
To retrieve your Ritual Merchant ID, please connect directly with the Ritual team (either your direct Account representative OR their support team) and they will happily provide this to you! If you are unable to retrieve this, please let your Onboarding Specialist know and they will assist you.

Submitting your Merchant ID on the Cuboh Dashboard

Next, we'll need to add your Merchant ID information to the Cuboh dashboard to begin the integration process.

  1. On your Cuboh Dashboard, navigate to the Manage -> Integrations tab.

  2. Click on the Ritual integration.

  3. Enter the Merchant ID you received from Ritual, and click Submit.

That's it, youโ€™ve created that integration within Cuboh and can take the next steps! ๐ŸŽ‰

You are now ready to take the next steps on getting the integration live!

Next Steps

It is important to collaborate with your dedicated Onboarding Specialist at Cuboh to guide you through the following steps:

  • Menu Data Preparation: Work with your Onboarding Specialist to prepare menu data to send to Grubhub.

  • Selecting a Go-Live Date: Contact your Onboarding Specialist or the Cuboh Support team to determine a suitable go-live date for the integration. This ensures that the integration process aligns within your operational requirements.
