I'd like to request a new driver for an order

If something went wrong with the order and you need to request a new driver, please read this article.

Cuboh does not employ any drivers. All orders are picked up by drivers that work directly with the 3rd party apps. Because of this, we don't have the ability to call a driver or request a new driver.

To get a new driver for an order, please call the delivery app support and they should be able to assign a new driver for the order in question.
