Submitting your ChowNow credentials on the Cuboh dashboard.
To integrate your ChowNow store into Cuboh, we'll need to add your ChowNow login information to the Cuboh dashboard to trigger the integration process.
On your Cuboh Dashboard, navigate to the Integrations tab.
Click on the ChowNow integration card.
Enter your ChowNow username first – this helps the Cuboh system ensure that other ChowNow integrations you may have under the same username will not be disrupted by this process!
Click Connect on the window that pops up!
From here, you will be redirected to the ChowNow platform – you will grant Cuboh access to your ChowNow account data through this input.
You will then be redirected back to the Cuboh dashboard, and we’ll ask that you select a location if there are multiple locations connected to your account.
That's it! You’ve connected your ChowNow account to Cuboh and are ready to receive orders on your Cuboh tablet, but there are a few other steps that may be needed based on your account settings.
