How to set up your Stripe account for direct ordering

Creating your Stripe account

  1. Log into your Cuboh Dashboard and navigate to Manage > Payments.

  2. Click the Settings cog and click Connect with Stripe.


  3. If you don't have a Stripe account yet, click Create new account.
    If you already have a Stripe account, go straight to setting up your Cuboh Storefront.

  4. Click Create a new business.

  5. Follow the prompts to enter the following information:

    1. Business details (website and description)

    2. Banking information (currency and bank account information)

    3. Customer support details (business name and phone number)

  6. Click Continue and review the information you've inputted.

  7. Click Submit. You'll be redirected back to the Cuboh dashboard.


Configure taxes on your Stripe account

Before taking orders through Storefront, you'll need to set up your Stripe account to collect taxes correctly for your region.


Log into the Stripe dashboard

  1. Log into the Stripe dashboard with your Stripe account.

  2. Use the dropdown menu in the top left corner to choose your business.


Enable automatic tax calculation

  1. Click More > Tax on the top toolbar.

  2. Review and adjust your Origin address if needed

  3. Toggle Enable automatic tax calculation ON

  4. Click Save.


Enable payment and refund emails

  1. Navigate to Settings > Business Settings > Emails.

  2. Toggle emails for Successful payments and Refunds ON.

  3. Click Save.
