Connecting your Stripe account

Stripe is the payment processor we have partnered with to process payments through Storefront. If you don't have a Stripe account yet, see how to create one here. Once you have a Stripe account, follow the steps below to connect it with Cuboh.

1. Navigate to the Payments page

To access the payments page, log into Cuboh using your parent login. On the sidebar, navigate to Manage > Payments. If you have more than one location, make sure to choose the correct one in the dropdown menu in the right corner.

2. Connect your Stripe account

Click the Settings icon to add your Stripe integration. Follow the on-screen prompts and enter your Stripe login credentials to complete the setup.

Setting up your Storefront Account

1. Navigate to the Storefront page

Log into the Cuboh dashboard using your parent login. On the sidebar, navigate to Manage > Storefronts. If you have more than one location, make sure to choose the correct one in the dropdown menu in the right corner.

2. Complete your Account information

On the Account tab, review the general information about your Storefront. If you have multiple brands, this will be your "parent" page and will apply across all brands. You'll need to verify and complete the following information on this page (make sure to hit Save when you're done!):

  • Payment Setup: Here you can easily see whether the payment information is setup for your account. It will show as Active or Inactive. If the payment is inactive, click on Configure Stripe and it will navigate you to the Stripe Account Setup Page.

  • Storefront Profile: Enter your storefront name and physical address. The address you choose will be displayed to your customers when your storefront is live.

  • Google Analytics: View your Storefront URL and optionally add your Google Analytics ID. This will be the URL you add your your website to point customers to your Storefront.

  • Wordpress Order Now: This is a Wordpress Plug-in to allow customers to order directly from your restaurant's site. Check out the instructions on how to install the plug-in here.

Storefront Settings: Activate your Storefront - Easily enable and disable all of your storefronts by clicking the toggle button. If you see an error message, it means you haven't completed all the required steps to configure your storefront. Make sure you have completed all of the following:

Setting up your Storefront Profile

By clicking the edit button next to the storefront, you will be able to edit the Storefront Profile settings, such as the Store Name, Phone Number, and Prep Time. You can upload a logo and banner for your Storefront and click into Sandbox Mode to see a preview of what your Storefront will look like. Make sure to click Save when you're done editing!

Creating your Storefront menu

1. Navigate to Menu Management

To access menu management, log into Cuboh using your parent login. On the sidebar, navigate to Menu > Management. If you have more than one location, make sure to choose the correct one in the dropdown menu in the right corner.

If you haven't yet familiarized yourself with Menu Management, check out our library of resources here!

2. Build your menu

You can choose to import a menu from your POS system or delivery app, or build a menu from scratch. Not familiar with creating menus in Cuboh? Check out our guide to adding a menu here.

3. Preview your menu

Before making your menu live, make sure to preview your menu and ensure everything looks the way you want.

4. Validate your menu

After previewing your menu, click on "Validate Menu" button to make sure that there are no issues with the menu structure.

Go Live

Add your Storefront link to your website and begin taking orders!

Now that your Storefront is visible and your menus are published you can begin taking orders and can add your link to your website, social media, or anywhere else you'd like.

  • Your Storefront link can be found on the Storefronts page under Account.

  • If you'd like to use a QR code to point customers to your site, you can download one on the Storefronts page under Storefronts.
