Menu Management allows you to either import an existing menu or build a new menu from scratch.

If you have a menu available to import, we recommend using that as a baseline rather than building a new menu from scratch. It's much less work!

Importing a menu

If you have compatible integrations, you can import a menu directly from your online apps or your POS system.

Currently supported menu sources include:

  • DoorDash

  • UberEats

  • SkipTheDishes

  • Grubhub

  • ChowNow

  • Ritual

  • Square POS

  • Auphan POS

  • Revel POS

  • Clover POS

  • Givex POS

  • Volante POS

If you use a compatible POS system, we recommend importing from here and keeping your POS as your main source of truth. It saves you time configuring your menu mapping down the line!

To import a menu, select a merchant and click Import. Choose the source you'd like to import from and click Import again to confirm.

Creating a new menu

To create a menu, select a merchant and click Create.

You will be prompted to create a menu name and description and set your hours. You can always go back and change this later.

Once you've created your menu, you can add categories, items, modifier groups, and modifiers!

Selecting a merchant

If you have multiple merchants/brands, you may see that the Create or Import button is greyed out. To fix this, use the dropdown to select a merchant you'd like to build a menu for.

Please note that if you publish item changes to your menu through Menu Management, you still need to synchronize, map, and publish your new items as normal. See here for more on how to map menu changes.
