This article will walk you through the Cuboh x PixelPoint integration process.

Setting up your PixelPoint Integration.

Important: Proceeding with a Cuboh x PixelPoint Integration requires a PixelPoint EOI license (Called “WebToGo” on PixelPoint License Manager). Please reach out to your PixelPoint reseller/representative, who will be able to help activate an EOI License for your location.

  • If you are a Reseller working with PixelPoint, a Cuboh Onboarding Specialist can provide further information on the technical requirements of this integration, as well as resources from PAR, upon request.

When you’re ready to get started with Cuboh, your Onboarding Specialist will reach out with an installation file and the first steps to kick off the integration process!

Preparing your PixelPoint system to go live with Cuboh.

A few additional steps will be required later in the process. Please make sure these settings have been configured before going live with Cuboh:

If you need any assistance creating TenderTypes, SalesTypes, or an Open Item in PixelPoint, please reach out to your POS Representative for assistance.

  • Creating App-specific Tender Types on Pixel.
    Your PixelPoint system will need a unique tender type for each Delivery App you plan on integrating. Please create one tender for every platform you currently use – for example, one called "UberEats", one called "DoorDash", and so forth.

  • Creating a Cuboh-Specific SalesType on Pixel.
    Next, please create a SalesType named "Cuboh".

  • Creating an Open Item in your POS.
    Finally, you will need to create an open item in your POS. An open item is an item without a name, description, or any other information.

    • Create a new Menu Item and leave it's name/information blank.

    • Next, please retrieve the Product ID for that item. To get your product listing with Product IDs on PixelPoint, please go to:
      back office>Reports>Listings>Product Listings by summary group

    • The last step is to share this ID with your dedicated Onboarding Specialist. Once complete, our team will take the final steps to configure your PixelPoint integration for you!


PixelPoint Integration FAQ's

“Will I be able to access my entire POS Menu from the Cuboh Dashboard?”

  • Yes, you will be able to access your entire PixelPoint Menu from the Cuboh Mapping Dashboard after successfully completing the integration process.

"I use universal modifiers (i.e., I can add any modifier to any main item) on my POS. Can Cuboh support this?"

  • Absolutely! Let your Onboarding Specialist know and our team will be happy to assist.

"Can I apply payment manually instead of Cuboh doing it automatically? Can I add a discount to all of the orders that Cuboh enters?"

  • At this time, the Cuboh x PixelPoint integration supports automatic payment closure only – and does not support a blanket discount applied to every order entered by the system.
