Setting up your Silverware Integration:

Important: Setting up a Silverware Integration requires an active Silverware Online menu. Please follow these steps on your Silverware POS to ensure your menus are ready for integration.

  • Go to your Menu Designer on your Silverware POS.

  • Groups: Select a group and check Online. Do this for all groups to make them available online.

  • Questions: Select a question and choose Availability as POS & Online. Do this for all questions you want to make online.

  • Classes: Select all major classes and check Online checkbox to make it available online. Minor classes and menu items inherit the major class.

  • Items: As a result of the above step, all menu items will inherit the online status of it minor/major class. Adjusting any items individually will override the class instruction.

Preparing your Silverware system to go live with Cuboh.

Before going live, there is one additional step required on Silverware:

  • Creating a Payment Method for Cuboh.

    Please create a new Payment Method in Silverware and name it "Cuboh". This won't affect your operations until you're ready to go live!

Silverware Integration FAQ's

“Will I be able to access my entire POS Menu from the Cuboh Dashboard?”

  • Every item that is Online-Active in Silverware Menu Designer will be shared and available on the Cuboh Dashboard. Please see the steps at the top of this page to set up your silverware menus for online ordering.

"I use universal modifiers (i.e., I can add any modifier to any main item) on my POS. Can Cuboh support this?"

  • Absolutely! Let your Onboarding Specialist know and our team will be happy to assist.

"Can I apply payment manually instead of Cuboh doing it automatically?”

  • At this time, the Cuboh x Silverware integration supports automatic payment closure only.

“Can I add a discount to all of the orders that Cuboh enters?"

  • Yes, this can be configured by your Cuboh Onboarding Specialist upon request!
