Important: The Givex Integration now supports restaurants with multiple kitchens & Givex systems. Please let your Cuboh Onboarding Specialist know if this is the case and our team will configure this for you!
When you’re ready to get started with Cuboh, your Onboarding Specialist will ask you to connect them with your Givex rep. From here, your Onboarding Specialist will work with the Givex team to help you set up your integration.
Givex Integration FAQ's
“Will I be able to access my entire POS Menu from the Cuboh Dashboard?”
Yes, you will be able to access your entire Givex Menu from the Cuboh Mapping Dashboard after successfully completing the integration process.
"I use universal modifiers (i.e., I can add any modifier to any main item) on my POS. Can Cuboh support this?"
At this time, the Cuboh x Givex integration supports traditional modifiers only. This means that any modifiers must be subitems directly underneath the appropriate main item.
"Can I apply payment manually instead of Cuboh doing it automatically?”
Yes, this can be configured by your Cuboh Onboarding Specialist upon request!
“Can I add a discount to all of the orders that Cuboh enters?"
At this time, the integration does not support a blanket discount applied to every order entered by the system.
“I have questions about mapping.”
