Setting up your Squirrel Integration:
Important: Squirrel Integrations require a third-party license from Omnivore. Your Omnivore license is covered by Cuboh and comes at no cost.
When you’re ready to get started, your Onboarding Specialist will reach out to coordinate an Omnivore Installation and kick off the integration process!
Preparing your Squirrel system to go live with Cuboh.
A few additional steps will be required later in the process. Please make sure these settings have been configured before going live with Cuboh:
Creating App-specific Tender Types in Squirrel.
Your Squirrel system will need a unique tender type for each Delivery App you plan on integrating. Please create one tender for every platform you currently use – for example, one called "UberEats", one called "DoorDash", and so forth.
Creating a "Cuboh" Employee in Squirrel.
One additional step is to create a new Employee in your POS, named "Cuboh". This will be the employee responsible for entering all of your online orders into your POS!
Your Onboarding Specialist will work with you through this process. Please note that your Squirrel Menu won't appear on the Cuboh Dashboard until your Onboarding Specialist has taken the final configuration steps.
Squirrel Integration FAQ's
“Will I be able to access my entire POS Menu from the Cuboh Dashboard?”
Yes, you will be able to access your entire Squirrel Menu from the Cuboh Mapping Dashboard after successfully completing the integration process.
"I use universal modifiers (i.e., I can add any modifier to any main item) on my POS. Can Cuboh support this?"
Absolutely! Let your Onboarding Specialist know and our team will be happy to assist.
"Can I apply payment manually instead of Cuboh doing it automatically?”
Yes, this can also be configured by your Cuboh Onboarding Specialist upon request!
“Can I add a discount to all of the orders that Cuboh enters?"
The Cuboh x Squirrel integration does not support a blanket discount applied to all orders entered by the system.
