Welcome to the Cuboh App!

On your first login, you’ll be prompted to walk through a guided tour of the application. You’ll be able to go over it again at any time by accessing General Settings > App Walkthrough.

Managing your Order Workflow:

Cuboh essentially acts as one standardized remote for all of your incoming online orders, so you’ll be able to see your New, In Progress, and Completed orders all in one place.

New

In Progress

Completed

Displays incoming ASAP Orders and Scheduled Orders.

Displays orders that have been sent to the kitchen and are currently being made.

Displays orders that have been marked as ready for Pickup, or orders that have been cancelled by yourself or the customer.

New Orders

When an order arrives under the “New Orders” tab, you can tap on it to view specific details abut it — including an itemized report of what's on that order, the customer name and contact information, and any tips, taxes, discounts, or special instructions.

Tapping “Send To Kitchen” will accept the order on the app and simultaneously inject it into your designated Kitchen Printer or Point of Sale System.

Pro tip: Cuboh's Auto Print ASAP Orders functionality allows you to automate this process — meaning that Cuboh will automatically accept these orders and inject them directly in to your designated Kitchen printer or point of sale system.

This will also help your restaurant get ranked higher up on delivery apps, as these apps promote you based on how quickly you’re accepting orders. To learn how to Auto-Accept new ASAP Orders, see the resources at the bottom of this page!

In Progress Orders

Tapping on an in-progress order will allow you to take additional action on an order, such as: cancelling, refunding, or adding an upcharge to an order as necessary.

Finally, once an in progress order is prepared you can mark the order as "Ready for Pickup". This will inform the driver that the order has been prepared, and will move the order into your “Completed” tab on the Cuboh Tablet.

Completed Orders

Marking orders as "Ready for Pickup" helps you keep your order workflow streamlined. Now that you've complete your order workflow, you can take actions to refund the order or contact the customer from the completed tab, if necessary!

Final Notes:

You're able to search specific orders by their order code in the search bar at the top of the screen.

Additionally, if you've hooked up multiple locations to your Cuboh tablet, you can filter to view orders for specific merchants only by tapping on the filter icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
