What is Menu Mapping?

Menu Mapping trains Cuboh how to take instructions from your delivery apps and enter them in to your Point of Sale system.

For example, when a customer orders the "Baja Fish Tacos" from DoorDash, the menu mapping below will tell Cuboh how to enter that item into your POS.

Delivery App items are associated by name, while POS items are associated by POS ID.

This means that our system will map the name of an item on your Delivery App Menu to the Unique ID of its POS match, and will use this information to automatically inject orders into your POS. As always, you'll also be able to review all of this information for your items from the Mapping tab of the Cuboh Dashboard at any time.

Cuboh empowers restaurants to take Menu Mapping into their own hands — which gives you the flexibility to go live on your own terms, the visibility to ensure your menus are error-free, and the freedom to make changes on the fly, when you need them most. Additionally, setting up Cuboh will not affect any of your current operations until you're ready to go live.

A dedicated Cuboh Onboarding Specialist will work with you to ensure your menus are mapped correctly and that you're set up for a successful launch with the platform before any changes are made. If you'd like to take a look at mapping ahead of time, please feel free to browse the resources on Menu Mapping below.
